Dovilė Bendikienė elected as the Chairwoman of the Board of FRAMLUX
FRAMLUX, a company engaged in the design, production and installation of aluminum and plastic windows, doors, facades, has formed a board. Dovilė Bendikienė, who heads the investment company UAB Magnus Investments, has become its chairwoman, and she has expertise in the field of strategic planning and management.
D. Bendikienė has been the head of Magnus Investments since January 2022. This company owns 51% of the shares of the FRAMLUX company, which it acquired in 2022. D. Bendikienė has previously held management positions in such companies as Amber Grid and Secure Nordic Payments. The chairwoman of the FRAMLUX board has a master's degree in law from Mykolas Romeris University and a master's degree in business management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
According to D. Bendikienė, the FRAMLUX company is in a significant stage of growth and development, therefore the role of the board becomes particularly important in ensuring the targeted and sustainable development of the company. “The Board’s priority is to consistently implement strategic development goals, adapting to market changes and at the same time maintaining operational efficiency. An important component of our success is our employees – therefore, we will pay great attention to their professional development and inclusion in the company’s growth processes. At the same time, we will strive to maintain a transparent and open dialogue with shareholders, ensuring that all decisions are focused on creating long-term value. Although the main focus remains on the local market, we are also actively exploring regional development opportunities in order to strengthen FRAMLUX’s competitiveness,” says D. Bendikienė.
According to FRAMLUX Director Andrius Urbonas, the Chairwoman of the Board brings with her not only solid experience and knowledge, but also many new ideas. Therefore, this will allow not only to more effectively manage the activities of the company, which has grown significantly recently, but also to implement all future plans much more boldly. “We strive to improve both our services to our clients and the specialists working for us. We have invested significantly in new equipment, and this year we opened a new factory in Nemenčinė. Therefore, a professional, full of ideas and setting the highest standards board will undoubtedly contribute to ensuring that any challenges arising in the company’s development are resolved promptly and qualitatively,” says A. Urbonas.
FRAMLUX’s sales revenue in 2023 almost doubled, increasing from 1.5 to 2.9 million euros. Last year, FRAMLUX invested heavily in increasing work efficiency, purchasing equipment such as new welding lines and automatic milling machines, which allow for faster, higher-quality work and more efficient use of employees’ time. The Construction Sector Development Agency
granted FRAMLUX the right to be a construction contractor for a special structure. The company has also been awarded international ISO certificates, proving that FRAMLUX complies with regulated international standards
Since 2019, operating only in Alytus, this year the company acquired a new production base and began operations in the Vilnius district, in Nemenčinė.
